The food is a topic that is often these days, especially in our country,
because we have high rates of obesity.
Food is an element that sometimes causes us many problems and sometimes
makes us very happy, as when we are really hungry and eat something that is our
total satisfaction. Otherwise, we get angry when we realize that we have put on
some weight.
But that is what we should do then to eat what we like and not get fat?
What I really think you need to stay fit is to keep a balance between healthy
and unhealthy things like chips and sweets and things fruits and vegetables.
Another
important element to maintain weight or eat whatever we want without gaining
weight, is do exercise and play sport, the truth is what it costs me more, but
I think it is really important to our health.
My favorite
food is spaghetti and Chilean food, above all, “pastel de choclo” and “humitas”.
Also I like barbecue.
Finally, I think that we can eat all we want,
without the excesses and doing regularly
